Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, if available.

 

Shipping Method and Rates

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–8 business days.

  • Standard Shipping Rate: $8 for orders under $100.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more.

 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase during checkout.

 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping.

 

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@luxenburg.us with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. If eligible, we will refund the amount of the item purchased to your original payment method.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Custom-made or personalized items

 

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@luxenburg.us with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and attach the RMA number to the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Return the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise determined by our team.

 

Refunds and Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged goods).

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. We recommend contacting us before placing a new order to ensure availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
